1. Our Return Philosophy
At Antighbooster, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, or you may simply change your mind. That is why we have created this comprehensive return policy to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience for all our customers.
We stand behind the quality of every stationery item, art supply, and craft material we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are here to help.
2. Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
For items purchased during holiday seasons or promotional periods, we extend our return window to 45 days to accommodate gift-giving. Items purchased between November 15 and December 31 may be returned until January 31 of the following year.
3. Items Eligible for Return
The following items are eligible for return, provided they meet the conditions outlined in this policy:
- Notebooks and journals (unused, with original shrink wrap if applicable)
- Writing instruments including pens, pencils, and markers (in original packaging, unused)
- Paper products including cardstock, specialty papers, and pads (unopened packages only)
- Desk accessories and organizers (in original packaging, unused)
- Art supplies including paints, brushes, and canvases (unopened and unused)
- Craft supplies and tools (in original packaging, unused)
- Gift sets and bundles (complete with all original items)
4. Items Not Eligible for Return
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened or used. These include:
- Any items that have been used, opened, or show signs of use
- Customized or personalized items (items with custom printing, engraving, or embossing)
- Sale items and clearance merchandise (marked as final sale at the time of purchase)
- Gift cards and store credits
- Items damaged due to customer misuse or negligence
- Items returned without original packaging or missing components
- Items purchased from third-party sellers or unauthorized retailers
5. Condition Requirements
To qualify for a full refund, returned items must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be in their original, unopened packaging
- All original tags, labels, and accessories must be included
- Items must not show any signs of use, wear, or damage
- Products must not have been altered in any way
- Original receipt or proof of purchase is required
Items that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the original purchase price, or may be rejected for return at our discretion.
6. How to Initiate a Return
6.1 In-Store Returns
You may return eligible items to our store located at 1274 Washington St, West Newton, MA 02465, USA during regular business hours. Please bring the following:
- The item(s) you wish to return in original packaging
- Your original receipt or proof of purchase
- A valid photo ID
Our team members will inspect the item and process your return on the spot. Refunds for in-store returns are typically processed immediately using the original payment method.
6.2 Mail Returns
If you are unable to visit our store, you may return items by mail. To initiate a mail return:
- Contact our customer service team to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Include a copy of your receipt and the RA number inside the package
- Ship the package to our returns address using a trackable shipping method
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or we made an error with your order.
7. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- Debit card refunds: 5-10 business days to appear in your account
- Cash purchases: Refunded as store credit or cash (for amounts under $50)
- Store credit: Issued immediately upon approval
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
8. Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items for a different size, color, or product of equal value. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If you would like to exchange an item for a product of higher value, you will be responsible for paying the difference. If exchanging for a lower-priced item, we will refund the difference using the original payment method or issue store credit.
To make an exchange, simply follow the return process and indicate that you would like to exchange rather than receive a refund. Please specify the item you would like to receive in exchange.
9. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. For defective items, we may request photos of the damage or defect to help us improve our quality control processes.
Defective item claims must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return of defective merchandise.
10. Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect item or your order is missing items, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will ship the correct item(s) at no additional charge and provide a prepaid shipping label for the return of any incorrect items.
11. Gift Returns
If you received an item as a gift and would like to return it, we will issue a store credit for the current selling price of the item. Gift receipts can be used to return items and receive store credit. Without a gift receipt, we may be able to look up the purchase using the gift giver's information (with their permission) or issue store credit at the current selling price.
12. Restocking Fees
In certain circumstances, a restocking fee may apply:
- Items returned without original packaging: Up to 15% restocking fee
- Items with missing components or accessories: Up to 20% restocking fee
- Items showing signs of use but still in saleable condition: Up to 20% restocking fee
- Returns after the 30-day window (at our discretion): Up to 25% restocking fee
13. Special Orders and Custom Items
Special orders and custom items are generally non-returnable. This includes items that were ordered specifically for you, personalized products with custom printing or engraving, and bulk orders. If there is an issue with a special order or custom item, please contact us and we will work with you to find a satisfactory resolution.
14. Seasonal and Limited Edition Items
Seasonal and limited edition items may have modified return policies. These items may be marked as final sale or have a shorter return window. Please check the product description or ask a team member about the return policy for specific seasonal or limited edition items before purchasing.
